For the customer and system builder seeking peace of mind with their motherboard investment, ASUS provides the ASUS Premium Service (APS) program for enthusiast-class motherboards. If you encounter a problem with their motherboard, this program entitles you to receive an advance replacement of your motherboard, ensuring faster service and minimal downtime.
APS RMA service is offerred during the initial twelve (12) months of product ownership.
This program is limited to customers who purchased an eligible product within the United States and Canada only.
Your motherboard's APS status will be verified and an RMA number will be granted upon verification
ASUS will only ship within the United States and Canada. Before ASUS ships out a replacement, you may be required to submit additional information to an ASUS Commercial Support Representative.
Once you receive your advance replacement you are expected to return your defective motherboard to ASUS within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.
* APS RMA service requests may require: a valid credit card and original purchase invoice clearly indicating the date of purchase. Unit must be returned to ASUS within 14 calendar days of receiving yourRMA, otherwise your credit card will be charged the full MSRP value. All requests are subject to cancellation by ASUS at any time. Applicable to products sold and purchased within the United States and Canada ONLY.
Warranty term begins on date of new product purchase. Warranty terms and eligibility may vary depending on model and place of purchase. Proof of valid invoice or sales receipt may be required to process any APS RMA request. Please contact an ASUS Support Representative for more information.
