ASUS ARR covers optional two-way cross shipment of your Display product during warranty service (Select Models Only). Customers have the option for cross shipment replacement (subject to stock availability). ARR is valid for the full term of the local limited hardware warranty. Serviceable areas exclude regions outside the United States and Canada.
For cross shipments, please provide:
Proof of ownership of a qualified product with purchase date clearly indicated on your invoice or sales receipt.
A valid credit card with sufficient funds (if the unit is not received by ASUS within 14 calendar days after receipt of replacement product, your card will be charged the full MSRP value of the product).
